Reservation and Payment :
At the reservation:
Payment of 50% of advance payment of ground arrangements
Or payment of the total amount of services if the reservation is made 2 months or less before the date of the trip.
Balance payment:
45 days before the date of the trip
Or 60 days with the balance of Galapagos trip
Cancellation :
For any circuit and cruise cancellation or tour to the Galapagos, even in time, PalmarVoyages and the Galapagos travel operator will keep administrative and banking fees. As well as the 5% outgoing capital tax required by the government (if the reimbursement is greater than USD 1200).
For individual passengers :
More than 45 days before the service: reimbursement of the advance payment or
Payment made (minus bank and administrative fees of PalmarVoyages)
From 44 to 30 days before the service: penalty of 30% of the total amount of the tour.
From 29 to 16 days before the service: penalty of 50% of the total amount of the tour.
15 days (or fewer) before the service: no guaranteed reimbursement (*) but possible as the case may be, the services and the reason for the cancellation (minus the minimum administration and banking fees of USD 200)
For groups :
More than 60 days before the service: reimbursement of the advance payment or
Payment made (minus bank and administrative fees of PalmarVoyages)
From 59 to 44 days before the service: penalty of 30% of the total amount of the tour.
From 43 to 30 days before the service: penalty of 50% of the total amount of the tour.
29 days (or fewer) before the service: no guaranteed reimbursement (*) but possible as the case may be, the services and the reason for the cancellation (minus the minimum administration and banking fees of USD 500)
(*) Note: In the event of force majeure, PalmarVoyages undertakes to reimburse 50% (or more if possible) of the amount of the services to the submission of medical and legal documents.

At the reservation :
Payment of 50% of advance payment of the amount of the cruise (and of the airline ticket if it is included in the price) or of the tour, the chartered boat
Or payment of the total amount of services if the reservation is made 2 months or less before the date of the trip.
Balance payment:60 days before travel date Galapagos or land (before)
To book and keep the airfare, full payment of the immediate ticket to be able to issue the ticket (otherwise, PalmarVoyages cannot guarantee the fare, which can change as long as the ticket is not issued).
Cancellation for Individuals, Groups and Charter Boats:
These cancellation conditions may vary and differ depending on the boat, the tour, the hotel, especially in case of a group or chartered boat and according to the reason and date of cancellation. So they are to be specified in these cases.
For 1st class and luxury boats:
– From 180 to 120 days before the cruise: 30% penalty
– From 119 to 90 days before the cruise: 50% penalty
– From 89 days to fewer days before the cruise: 100% penalty
For standard and economic boats and combined or hopping islands tours:
– From 120 to 95 days before the departure date: 15% penalty
– From 94 to 75 days before the departure date: 30% penalty
– 74 to 45 days before the departure date: 60% penalty
– From 44 days to fewer days before the departure date: 100% penalty
With a credit card, online by Paypal or with our Ecuadorian bank Produbanco, for a fee of 5% for terrestrial services,
With no charge credit card (or USD 30 fee depending on fare and airline) to pay for airline tickets
By international bank transfer for USD 70 per transfer (which is included in the price of Ecuador programs only)
By Western Union, shipping costs borne by the customer
Cash, to pay on place (depending on the date of the trip)
For small amounts and according to services (not for airline tickets), deposit to our French account in euros.
(1) For individuals and depending on the boat, the cancellation conditions may change.
(2) In the case of a chartered boat or a group, PalmarVoyages sends the client specific and detailed cancellation and payment conditions for the reserved boat.
– For any cancellation of cruise and circuit even in time, PalmarVoyages and the operator of the boat keep administrative and banking fees (which vary according to the type of file, the work done) of minimum USD 200 for individual and minimum USD 500 for a group
